If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help with our return and refund policy outlined below.1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:  

• The item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.  
• The item is not a custom-made or personalized product.  
• You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:  

• Custom-made or personalized items.  
• Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.  
• Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:  

• Contact us at themookbettor@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.  
• We will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.  
• Ship the item to the address provided, using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:  

• If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.  
• Refunds include the item’s purchase price, excluding original shipping fees.  
• For defective or incorrect items, we will also refund return shipping costs upon receipt of proof of shipping.  
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

5. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color), contact us at themookbettor@gmail.com to confirm availability. Follow the same return process, and we will ship the replacement item once the original is received and approved. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.  6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
